How we handle your information.
Plain English. We collect what we need to reply to you and to run this site, and we do not sell it.
This policy covers hyrozen.com and the enquiries you send to Hyrozen. We are a service-area studio based in Kildare, Ireland, working with businesses in Ireland and the UK. If you have a question about your data, email hello@hyrozen.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us, or what the site needs to function:
- Name, email, business details and the message you send through the contact form or by email.
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the page you came from, used to keep the site running and to diagnose faults.
- Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site today.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to an enquiry, to quote and deliver work you have asked for, and to keep records we are legally required to keep. The legal bases we rely on under GDPR are legitimate interest (replying to a business enquiry) and contract (doing the work you hired us for).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Hosting, form delivery and email providers see what they need to carry a message or serve a page. They act as processors. We will only share more if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails that do not become a project are deleted within 24 months. Project files and invoices are kept for as long as tax and contract law require, typically seven years in Ireland.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission. Write to us first at hello@hyrozen.com and we will sort it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way we will update this page and change the date below. Last updated 8 September 2026.
