Using this site, or hiring us, is straightforward. Here is the small print in the same voice as the rest of the studio.
These terms cover hyrozen.com and any project you commission from Hyrozen. A signed proposal or written quote sits on top of this page and wins if the two ever disagree. Questions: hello@hyrozen.com.
Using this website
The site is here so you can learn what we do and get in touch. Do not scrape it to copy the work, do not try to break it, and do not use the contact form to send junk. Content on the site belongs to Hyrozen unless a client project is credited otherwise.
Quotes and projects
Website work starts at a fixed €2,500. Other work is scoped first, then priced. The number does not move unless you change what you asked for. We typically take a deposit before build starts and the balance before launch, agreed in writing. Hosting and domains are separate, small, and shown upfront.
You own the finished site and the custom code we write for you once the invoice is paid. Third-party tools, fonts and stock stay under their own licences. We keep a copy so we can support you; we do not reuse your brand assets on other client work.
Timelines
Most websites go live in 1 to 8 weeks. That clock assumes you send copy, images and feedback when we ask. Delays on your side pause the timeline. We will tell you as soon as a date looks like slipping.
Liability
We take care, but a website cannot promise you a ranking, a volume of enquiries, or a specific return on ads. Search and ad platforms change their rules. Our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing here limits liability that Irish law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If we ever have a dispute we cannot sort by email, the Irish courts have jurisdiction. Last updated 8 September 2026.
